The Petition is only per-mature in nature. The Petitioner had an apprehension that he would not be granted permission to import Vessel. A writ would not lie only on the basis of apprehension of the Petitioner. Hence, the Petition is rejected.

Needless to say that the Petitioner is always entitled to make an application for import in accordance with law and if such application is made, the authorities are bound to consider the same in accordance with law.
