Heard Advocate Giri for the petitioner. Learned APP appears for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

The grievance of the petitioners is that their representation made in January, 2016 has remained unattended till date. We find that the representation has been filed more than 2.1/2 years back and thereafter the present petition is filed before this court. 3.

In these circumstances, we grant petitioners leave to submit a fresh representation within two weeks. If such representation is made within two weeks, the respondents shall take appropriate action upon it within further period of three months. If petitioners do not receive any response on their representation, they are given liberty to approach this court.
