Heard learned counsel for the parties on Notice of Motion seeking restoration of the Appeal (L) No.167 of 2016 which suffered dismissal on account of non removal of office objections within time. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non removal of office objections within time. In the circumstances, Notice of Motion is allowed. The appeal is ordered to be restored to its original number, Office objection be now removed within two weeks from today.
