Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff in Notice of Motion No. 1501 of 2008.

The learned counsel submits that Notice of Motion would not survive as the suit No. 1144 of 2008 was transferred to City Civil Court, Mumbai and it came to be decided by City Civil Court, against which First Appeal No. 796 of 2016 is filed.

Papers of Notice of Motion are also not placed before the Court. Remove from the board.

Registry to verify and update the Notice of Motion No. 1501 of 2008 as disposed, if the said suit was transferred to the City Civil Court and disposed of, as submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant in Notice of Motion.
