Mehta and Associates, Architects and Government Valuers, from the panel of the Official Assignee or any other valuer from panel list and get the valuation done in respect of Flat No.32, 3rd Floor, C Wing, Land Breeze Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., 52, Pali Hill, Bandra (W), Mumbai - 400 050 and stilt car parking space No.33 attached to the said flat;

(b) If the answer to the prayer (a) hereinabove is in affirmative, then the valuer may be directed to furnish his valuation report in a sealed cover within two weeks from the date of inspection of the suit flat and stilt parking space and the bill for valuation charges may be paid from the estate account";
