Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by the High Power Committee. Since the said order is passed long back on 21st January, 2017, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the High Power Committee to dispose of application No.67 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably with a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 3.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the High Power Committee shall decide the said application independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

It is submitted that as of today, the LOI is not issued in favour of any developer. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property. In that view of the matter, till disposal of the aforesaid application by the High Power Committee, the parties shall maintain status-quo regarding development of the subject property.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
