Shri Navlani, Advocate states that in 2012, papers were returned by him to the plaintiff and has informed the plaintiff to engage another Advocate to attend to the matter. The counsel further states that even few months ago, he informed the plaintiff to engage another Advocate but the plaintiff has not reverted.

In view of this, it is quite obvious that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the motion.

The notice of motion stands dismissed.
