There are two chamber orders sought in the present suit. By the first chamber order, namely, Chamber Order No.232 of 2013, the heirs of deceased Defendant No.1 are sought to be brought on record. Learned Counsel for Plaintiff Nos.2 to 6 tenders an affidavit in proof of service of the chamber order on all the other parties. There is no affidavit opposing the chamber order filed by any of the parties. Accordingly, the chamber order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. The second chamber order, namely, Chamber Order No.905 of 2014 seeks transposition of Plaintiff Nos.1(a) , 3 ,4 and 5 as Defendant Nos.10 to 13 to the suit. There is no reply opposing the chamber order. The chamber order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
