Mr. Singh, counsel for applicants relies upon an affidavit of one Amarnath Jagarnath Singh affirmed on 24th February 2019 to confirm service of the chamber summons upon respondents. The service has been effected on 20th February 2019. None of the respondents are present in Court today.

In the circumstances, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b) which read as under :

(a) that pending the hearing and final disposal of execution application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass the order against the judgment debtors/defendants to file affidavit of assets owned and possessed by judgment debtors/defendants thereby disclosing their properties or means to satisfy the consent decree dated 07.03.2014 passed in notice of motion (l) no.2495 of 2013 in suit no.146 of 2014.
