By order dated 17 th April, 2018 an order of status quo has been passed in terms of prayer clause (a). Learned counsel for the defendant submits he has no objection to the aforesaid order continuing pending disposal of the suit. In the circumstances notice of motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.

Plaintiff learned counsel does not press for any of the other relief i.e. prayer

52-nmcd-635-2018 clause (b) to (g). In the circumstances notice of motion disposed of with a clarification that pending hearing and final disposal of the suit there will be an injunction in terms of prayer clause (a).

SUMMONS FOR JUDGMENT NO. 47 OF 2018 The summons of judgment has been served only today. On behalf of the defendant, learned counsel seeks time to file reply. Reply, if any, to be filed on or before 3 rd July, 2019. It is made clear that no extension of time will be granted. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed on 10 th July, 2018. Stand over to 18 th July, 2018. No extension of time will be granted. Plaintiff shall grant inspection of documents within one week from today.
