Ms.Karmakar appearing for petitioner states that further to the order dated 30th January 2018, petitioner has, advertised in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 2nd February 2018, a notice of proposed withdrawal of the petition. Ms.Karmakar tenders an affidavit of one Santosh G. Deshmukh affirmed on 16th February 2018 confirming publication. The said affidavit is taken on record. Ms. Karmakar states that post notice she has not received any claim or objection from any party. Statement accepted. In the circumstances, petition dismissed as withdrawn. Registry to refund the amount of Rs.10,000/- to petitioner by way of cheque drawn in favour of the Advocate for petitioner subject to deduction, if any.
