Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance of the order dated 7 May 2015 passed by this Court, the respondent has stopped using the trade mark/trade name in a dispute which has arisen between the parties under the Franchise Agreement dated 14 July 2011. It is stated that the arbitration proceedings are also in progress. In the circumstances, it may not be necessary to keep this petition pending.

The petition is disposed of by keeping the order dated 7 May 2015 in operation till the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. No costs.
