The petitioners in the present petition challenges the order dated 11th June 2004 thereby de-recognizing the school of the petitioners. It appears that in the meantime, the petitioners also preferred a statutory appeal before the Directors of Education, which came to be dismissed on 18th October, 2004. 2.

The petitioners have approached this Court after a period of almost 11 years. Leave aside giving any plausible explanation, they did not even whisper to justify the delay of 11 years.

In that view of the matter, we find that the petition deserves to be dismissed on the ground of delay and latches. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
