The admissibility of the several documents of the plaintiffs have been considered. The documents have been marked P-1 to P-21. Certain documents have not been marked. The plaintiffs have applied for leave of the Court under Order 7 Rule 14 of the CPC to tender further documents. These are three letters. The letters are not shown to be sent to and received by the defendant. Hence the letters cannot be marked in evidence, as they cannot be proved and their admissibility cannot be accepted. Consequently leave cannot be granted.
