The Chamber Summons is for issue of a letter of request upon the officer of this Court who has made a report to Court Commissioner as Commissioner appointed by the Court to prove the report. Issue letter of request upon a officer Mr. S T Kapse, Additional Registrar / Additional Prothonotary & Senior Master to give evidence to prove the report made by him.

The letter of request is made returnable before the same Court Commissioner who is recording the cross examination of the parties on 23rd July, 2015.

Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly.

Notice of Motion No.2549 of 2010 shall be heard along with the suit.
