By praecipe dated 10th January, 2022, the Advocate for the Petitioner has sought extension of time for deposit of 1/6th share coming to Mr. Wilfred Gonsalves in this Court. As per the Judges Order dated 3rd December, 2021, the Petitioner was granted four week time to deposit said amount which expired on 1st January, 2022. It is stated that the certified copy of the order and Judges Order were applied on 3rd December, 2021 and received on 3rd January, 2022. 2.

Considering that the Judges Order was received by 1/2

4-tp-899-2017.doc the Petitioner as stated only on 3rd January, 2022, a case is made out for extension of time for deposit of the 1/6th share coming to Mr. Wilfred Gonsalves in this Court. In view of the Bankers Cheque / Pay order stated to be ready and to be deposited in this Court as well as copy of the Bankers Cheque / Pay Order No.139/21-22 dated 4th January, 2022 drawn on Citizencredit Co-Operative Bank Ltd., Amboli Branch for Rs.14,09,139/- having been attached with the praecipe, there will be no difficulty for the Petitioner to deposit the said amount by way of the aforementioned Bankers Cheque / Pay Order with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. 3.

Accordingly, extension of time is granted. The Petitioner shall deposit the 1/6th share coming to Mr. Wilfred Gonsalves with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court on or before 1st February, 2022.

The praecipe is accordingly disposed of.
