CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & G. S. KULKARNI, JJ.
DATED :- AUGUST 7, 2015 P.C. :- After having ensured that the Petitioners are handed over the agreements so as to enable them to obtain the permanent alternate accommodations, we are satisfied from the statement made by Mr.Nalawade that the agreements have been handed over and in original to all the Petitioners.
2) A copy of the report to that effect and from the office of the Deputy Collector (Encroachment and Removal), Dharavi Division, Mumbai is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. J.V.Salunke,PA
WP.1422.2014.901.doc 3) The complaint now made is that the agreements are not registered.
4) Mr. Nalawade states that presently the agreements will not be containing the relevant details particularly about the tenement number. That can be obtained after the drawal of lots, at which the Petitioners will be able to attend and participate on the strength of these original agreements. Once all this is incorporated, Ms. Vani appearing for Respondent No. 5 has assured that all steps including registration of the agreements would be duly taken and completed. 5) We are therefore of the opinion that nothing more is required to be done by this Court in this Writ Petition. Since the process will be completed in accordance with law and the requisite formalities would also be completed all of which has been assured, we dispose of this Writ Petition.
