Chamber Summons No.830 of 2015 is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Defendant No.1. The other Defendants and also Respondents have been duly served. There is no reply to the chamber summons. The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (a-1). The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The

sat 2/2 chs 830-2015 amended copy shall be served on the newly added Defendants. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that the Plaintiffs propose to revalue the property and pay the deficit court fees on the basis of such revaluation. The Plaintiffs are permitted to do so. The Plaintiffs, after revaluing the property, shall carry out the requisite amendments in the body of the plaint and also pay the deficit court fees.
