Having regard to the settlement of payment between the parties and the compliance report on behalf of the Official Liquidator indicating that in pursuance of the notice dated 11th May 2015 no claim whatsoever was received till 15th April 2016, we are satisfied that there are no other dues, statutory or otherwise, payable by the appellant Company. We permit respondent no.2 to withdraw the Company Petition. Accordingly, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appeal stands disposed of.
