1) The petition is allowed and Mr. Firdosh Pooniwalla, an Advocate is appointed as sole Arbitrator to decide all the disputes and differences amongst parties hereto in respect of M/s. Vinayak Realtors and the same shall be heard by him.

2) The arbitration petition no.1060 of 2015 taken out by petitioners shall be referred to him and be treated as an Gauri Gaekwad

The petition and the application accordingly stand disposed.
