I have perused the Official Liquidator's Report and the valuation report submitted by the valuver M/s. Jadan & Co. in respect of the movable assets of the company in liquidation. 2.
After considering the valuation report submitted by the Official Liquidator, the reserve price fixed for the sale of movable assets as described at prayer clause (a) is fixed at Rs.50 lakhs and the earnest money deposit (EMD) shall be 25% of the offer price given by the Uday S. Jagtap
80-17-OLR=.doc intending purchaser.

Accordingly, the report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c). However, it is made clear that the sale shall be effected in one lot and not two separate lots as prayed for by the Official Liquidator.
