For reasons mentioned therein, application allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Since the delay is only for 106 days and the counsel in detail has explained the cause for delay, the applicants to pay nominal cost of Rs.10,000/- to the Official Liquidator and the same to be used for office expenses account.
