---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 17.12.2015 P.C.:- Mrs.M.M.Dave a creditor of the company in liquidation states that on the last occasion i.e., on 26.11.2015 her daughter

Ms.Pritha Dave had appeared. She further states that she has been provided a copy of the report dated 7.4.2014 by the Official Liquidator but there are certain further pleadings/report which she requires. Mrs.Dave states that she will take inspection of the record & proceedings in the office of the Official Liquidator on 18.12.2015 at 11.00 A.M. and the official liquidator to provide inspection of the record & proceedings. Mrs.Dave further states that after taking inspection on or before 22.12.2015 she will file an application giving the list of pleadings/reports, copies of which she requires to file in company application. The liquidator to provide a copy of the record & proceedings/reports requested, within two weeks of receiving the application subject to payment of photo copying charges. Mrs. Dave states that within two weeks of receiving the copies, she will file an application with an affidavit in support to decide the issue whether they are creditors or shareholders of the company in liquidation.

Nobody is appearing for the applicants in Company Application Nos.261 of 2013, 262 of 2013, 263 of 2013 and 264 of 2013 for quite some time. Therefore, all the four applications stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
