The consent terms signed by the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.1 and 6 in Writ Petition No.2378 of 2014 are taken on record and marked `X' for identification. In Writ Petition No.1905 of

oswp2738 and 905 2015 the consent terms signed by the petitioner and the respondent Nos.1 and 6 are taken on record and marked `X-1' for identification. The learned counsel pointed out that the consent terms have been signed by all the concerned parties and their respective Advocates. The undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted. The learned counsel for the parties pray that the petitions be disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The report of the Master and Assistant Prothonotary (Judicial) dated 9th October 2015 verifying the consent terms is taken on record.

Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of by passing the following order:

(I) Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the consent terms;

(II) The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted;

(III) The consent terms and the orders passed thereon will not bind the parties to the petition who are not parties to the consent terms.
