This Chamber Summons has been listed on several occasions. On 28/08/2014, it appears that the learned Judge has recorded that the award itself will be set aside and the proceedings have been remanded for fresh hearing.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in the Execution Application. The attachment levied on the property of applicant no.1 was accordingly lifted. However, it appears that the matter has been thereafter listed from time to time before the Court on 21/04/2015,

mub 921CHS-619.13.odt 29/06/2015, 11/08/2015 and 27/08/2015. It is also listed once again today. However, none appears for the parties. It seems that pursuant to the order of 20/08/2014, nothing survives in this Chamber Summons, since the order records that the award itself has been set aside. 3.

In the circumstances, the Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly.
