Present petition challenges the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister, Co-operation, Marketing & Textile Department (Respondent No. 2 herein) dated 5th of April, 2013 in Revision Application No. 270 of 2013.

The said challenge has already undergone scrutiny of this Court in Writ Petition No. 960 of 0213 alongwith companion matters. Since no substance was found in the said challenge, by a reasoned order dated 3rd of July, 2017 this Court has dismissed the said petitions. Present petition is also dismissed for the reasons recorded in the order passed on 3rd of July, 2017 while dismissing the petitions, and accordingly this petition is also disposed of.
