The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent has placed on record a copy of order dated 5th April, 2019 passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee, which is taken on record and marked 'O-1' for identification. Now, the Petitioners will have to file a substantive Petition for challenging the said order. Accordingly, Petition disposed of with liberty to file a fresh Petition. Ad-interim relief granted by the order dated 10th April, 2019 shall continue for a period of three weeks from today. All contentions on merits are kept open.
