The Appellant has taken out this Notice of Motion for condonation of 26 days delay in filing this Notice of Motion and for setting aside the conditional order of dismissal of Appeal dated 18-2-2016 passed by the Prothonotary & Sr.Master in case of non-removal of office objections. 2.

Considering the averments made and as the case is made out, we are inclined to grant the Motion in terms of prayers clauses (a) & (b). Ordered accordingly.

The Appellant to remove the office objections, if not already removed.
