The petitioners do not dispute that being aggrieved by the Price Fixation Notification, an application in terms of para 31 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 has been filed. That application, styled as a Review under para 31 of the DPCO, 2013 is pending with the respondent No.1.

After hearing both sides on the point of expeditious disposal of this Review Application, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the Review Application in accordance with law and after complying with the principles of natural justice, as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
