The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that as of today, no action has been taken by the Respondents on the representation dated 16th March 2015. A copy of which is annexed to the Exhibit-F to the Petition. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has no instructions on this aspect.

Considering the limited relief sought in this Petition, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order:- ORDER :
(a) We direct the Second Respondent to look into the representation dated 16th March 2015 (Exhibit -F to the Petition) and to take appropriate decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31st October 2015;
(b) The decision taken on the representation shall be communicated to the Petitioner;
(c) All the contentions on merits are kept open;
(d) The Petition is disposed of on above terms;
(e) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
