This chamber summons seeks inspection of documents, which are referred to and relied upon by Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 in their written statement. The written statement indicates that the documents, of which inspection is sought and pressed by learned Counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff, are referred to in paragraphs 4, 8 and 13 of the written statement. Since the documents are referred to and relied upon, the inspection will have to be given by the Defendants. Accordingly, the chamber summons is allowed by directing Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 to give inspection of, and make available copies of, the documents referred to in clauses (i) to (iii) in paragraph 5 of the affidavit in support of the chamber summons.
