This Appeal is fled against an order dated 30th January 2020, passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, West Zonal Bench, Ahmedabad.

We fnd that the show cause notice was issued by the offce of the Commissioner Central Excise & Customs, VadodaraII, Gujarat as also the impugned order has also been passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, West Zonal Bench, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this view of the matter, this Court would not have jurisdiction to entertain this appeal. The offce is accordingly directed to transfer the present proceedings.

We accordingly permit the Appellant to present the proceedings of this appeal before the Gujarat High Court. 4.

Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he would take necessary steps within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
