In view of the consent terms recorded between the parties aforesaid, learned Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to return all the original documents submitted by the respondent for the purpose of seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the petitioner at the earliest within one week from the date of communication of this order. 3.

The parties as well as the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master to act on the authenticated copy of this order. No order as to costs.
