INTERIM APPLICATION NO.2692 OF 2022 At the outset, in the order dated 14th June 2022, in paragraph 1, in last sentence, the words "copy of the petition" to be replaced with "copy of the interim application". Rest of the order remains unaltered. Original order to be corrected accordingly.
Mr. Gupta relies upon an affidavit of service of one Razul Shaikh solemnly affirmed on 4th July 2022 to submit that proposed respondent no.3 P. K. Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. has been served. As regards proposed respondent no.2 Agarwal Silk & Synthetics Pvt Ltd., Mr. Gupta states that they are not necessary party and seeks leave to withdraw the interim application to the extent of including Agarwal Silk & Meera Jadhav

Interim application accordingly stands disposed. Mr. Kamble seeks two weeks time to file reply. We find that on 21st March 2021, respondent bank's counsel sought time to file reply and the matter was stood over to 21st April 2021.
Therefore, respondent had enough time to file reply. We would grant indulgence and give time till 22nd July 2022 to file reply. But certainly, respondent should be put to terms for not filing reply for almost 15 months. Respondent to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to PM Cares Fund. The account details are as under :
