The Notice of Motion seeks recall and setting aside of a rejection order passed under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules for non-compliance with office objections. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Notice of Motion, the order of rejection is recalled and set aside and the suit is restored to file. The Plaintiff shall now remove all office objections within a period of three weeks from today, failing which, the plaint shall stand rejected under Rule 986 without reference to this Court. The Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly.
