After the petitions are heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the impugned award may be set aside and the reference be remanded to the same arbitrator for a fresh hearing under Section 84 of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. The matters shall go back from the stage of recording of evidence. The arbitration petitions are disposed of accordingly. (S.C.
