We are informed that in the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Contemnor, it is contended that the oder passed by this Court has already been implemented and therefore, there was no contempt; there was a procedural delay since verification of the character and antecedents of the successful candidates could not be completed in time. We are satisfied with the explanation given by the Contemnor and we are informed that the order passed by this Court has been implemented in August, 2014. We hope and trust that in future the directions given by this Court are implemented in time. We are, therefore, not inclined to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor.
