Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this chamber summons. The chamber summons seeks to implead applicant in the suit. On behalf of the applicant, it is stated that he is now not interested in prosecuting the chamber summons.

In view thereof, I pass the following order :- (i) Chamber Summons is dismissed as withdrawn.

(ii) In view of withdrawal of the chamber summons, it is clarified that interim orders in the Chamber Summons if any, stands vacated.
