The Chamber Summons seeks discharge of the Court Receiver. It is common ground that the matter has been settled between the parties and the arbitration proceedings have been terminated. The parties jointly pray for discharge of the Court Receiver in a disposed of Arbitration Petition without passing accounts. 2.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The symbolic possession shall be released by the Court Receiver in terms of prayer clause (b). 3.

In view of the disposal of the Petition and the Chamber Summons, the ad-interim order passed on 20 March 2009 shall stand vacated.
