The Plaintiff has also filed Notice of Motion No. 1120 of 2015. Defendants Nos. 5, 6, 9, 10 and 13 are directed to give inspection of the documents relied on by them in their respective Replies to that Notice of Motion. Even if inspection has already been given, or claimed to be given, it is to be given once again. The inspection to be completed on or before 7th October 2016. 4.

Affidavit in Reply to the Notice of Motion No. 1120 of 2015 to be filed in the Registry. A copy to be served on the Advocates for the Plaintiff on or before 7th October 2016. Affidavit in Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and served on or before 14th October 2016. 5.

List Notice of Motion No. 1120 of 2015 for hearing and final disposal on 26th October 2016.
