Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator informs the Court that he has no objection if the above Company Application is allowed as prayed. In view thereof, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the delay of 99 days in submitting the draft sale deed in respect of the Flat No.4/702, 7th Floor, Tulsivihar Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Building No.4, Tulsi Dham Complex, Behind Tatwagyan Vidyapeeth, Kapurbawdi Village ssp 1/2

ca 301 of 2014 (906).sxw Chitalsar Manpada Village, Ghodbunder, Thane, by the Applicant to the Official Liquidator may kindly be condoned; (b) that the time to finalize the draft sale deed/conveyance deed and execute the sale deed/conveyance deed in respect of the Flat No.4/702, 7th Floor, Tulsivihar Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Building No.4, Tulsi Dham Complex, Behind Tatwagyan Vidyapeeth, Kapurbawdi Village Chitalsar Manpada Village, Ghodbunder, Thane, by the Official Liquidator may kindly be extended by a period of one month or such other period as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper";

The sale deed / conveyance deed shall be finalized and executed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of this order. 3.
