This petition challenges an order passed by Minister of Cooperation in a revision filed under Section 154 of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. After the matter is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. It is made clear that if the Petitioners have any other remedy available to them in law in respect of their application for bifurcation of the society, they may avail of such remedy.
