This is a Chamber Summons filed by Defendants Nos. 1A, 1B, 1C and 1E seeking their deletion from the array of parties. They were joined as the heirs of the 1st Defendant, Mohini Sippy. Her son Ramesh Sippy was already an heir. Defendants Nos. 1B and 1C are the original 1st Defendant's grandchildren and Defendant No.1E is the wife of Defendant No.1A.

The Plaintiff can have no objection to this amendment. The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendments to be carried out without need of reverification within two weeks from today.
