The plaintiff has also annexed at Exhibit 'A' to the chamber summons a photocopy of the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated 1st September, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

In view thereof, the chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b) with a clarification that the amendment is restricted only to serial nos.1,2 Gauri Gaekwad
