The Suit itself has been settled. The Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the authorised signatory of the Plaintiff, authorised signatories of Defendant Nos. 1 and 2. The signatories are present in Court.

I have seen the Consent Terms and being satisfied that they are not contrary to the law, reflect true intention of the parties' , and has been drawn on their own volition without any coercion or pressure, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X"

for identification. The undertakings are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) and as provided in clause (3) of the Consent Terms. There will be no order as to costs.

Drawn up decree is dispensed with. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

The Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts and on payment by the Plaintiff of his costs, charges and expenses. 6.

In view of this, the Notice of Motion does not survive and it is disposed of as such.
