The original Petitioner passed away on 25th April 2021 before fully administering the estate of the deceased. The original Petitioner obtained Letters of Administration on 21st April 2018. The Applicant is the daughter of the original Petitioner. The other heirs of the original Petitioner, namely, his widow, other daughter 25th June 2021

Leave to amend the Petition to substitute the name of the Applicant, Rebecca Gonsalvez instead of Andrew Gonsalvez, the deceased original Petitioner. Amendment is to be carried out by 17th August 2021. Re-verification dispensed with 3.

The Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). There will be no order as to costs. 4.
