Learned Counsel for the private parties have tendered Consent Terms by which learned Counsel appearing for these parties state that the disputes and differences between the parties stand resolved. The Consent Terms are signed by the respective parties. Respondent Nos.8 and 9 are residing at Dubai (UAE) and they have signed the Consent Terms before Mr.Harjeet Singh, Vice Consul Consulate General of India, Dubai (UAE) on 21 October 2018. The Consent Terms as signed by respondent Nos.8 and 9 is tendered separately which is marked as "X-1"

901-wp 877-10 for identification. Respondent No.11 who is not represented by the Advocate, is present in the Court and states to have signed Consent Terms. She is identified by learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.6(a) to 6(c). There is no dispute on the signatures as made on the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are also initialed by the Advocates appearing for the petitioner and the Advocates appearing for respondent Nos.4, 5 and 7 and for respondent Nos.6(a), 6(b) and 6(c). The Consent Terms as signed on behalf of all the other private respondents except respondent Nos.8 and 9 are taken on record and marked "X-2" for identification. There is a resolution of the petitioner company authorising Shri Sarvadaman M. Doshi authorizing him to sign the Consent Terms.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the Consent Terms. No costs.
