The petitioner has filed his affidavit of service affirmed on 28.08.2015 annexing therewith copies of the notice published in the newspapers namely Free Press Journal, Mumbai and Navshakti, Mumbai, both date 17.08.2015. The insolvent has failed to appear despite notice. In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c).

The Official Assignee to take necessary steps in accordance with law and procedure and to invest the amount so realized from the estate of the insolvent/insolvents Firms with any Nationalized Banks as per the circular issued by the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master.
