The Court Receiver's Report is for discharge on account of non-lodgment of the order appointing the Court Receiver. After this report is filed by the Court Receiver, it appears that the order has been lodged by the Advocate of the Petitioner with the office of the Court Receiver on 27 March 2015. Having regard to the lodgment of the order in the interregnum, the report will have to be disposed of. Accordingly, the Court Receiver's Report is disposed of without further orders except that the Petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- towards the cost of the report. The Court Receiver may recover his cost from the amount lying to the credit of the petition.
