The learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, against Respondent No.1 to appear in person or by an Advocate entitled to practice in this Court to show cause why the award passed by the Sole Arbitrator, Mumbai, should not be executed against Respondent No.1. The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that in so far as Respondent No.2 is concerned, the address of Respondent No.2 is of Raigad. Therefore, she seeks notice only against Respondent No.1.
